This project was a full conversion of a 19th century loft building with an enclosed former work yard in Hudson, NY. The project was designed and built by Peggy Anderson Associates.
​
The main structure consists of two floors - the ground floor contains the kitchen, dining and entertaining areas with an office. The second floor is a private living apartment with access to a terrace.
​
Adjacent to the main building is a small guest building with a folding exterior glass wall opening onto the garden.
