At Peggy Anderson Associates, LLC we have extensive experience in all areas of building. We primarily work as the General Contractor. We also have broad and extensive experience in all areas of the building practices including Construction Management and Design-Build, and have served as the Owners’ Representative.
As NYC builders, we specialized in high-end residential renovations and code compliance, working with architects and engineers. We have converted loft buildings from commercial to residential use to obtain the required Certificate of Occupancy.
We specialize in contemporary building practices. Since working in the Hudson Valley for over a decade, we have focused both on new construction and restoring historic properties. In addition to our contemporary work, we pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of historic preservation and restoration.
We are deeply committed to our clients and projects from bidding through completion.
