Project 4
Fish and Game, located in Hudson New York on the eastern bank of the Hudson River, is the new restaurant from Zak Pelaccio of Fatty Crab and 'Cue fame, and winner of the James Beard Best Chef Northeast.
Peggy Anderson Associates managed the major re-construction of the original 19th century building which involved an extensive structural renovation, a completely new interior with two new fireplaces plus a wood burning oven, and creation of an exterior dining patio. Great care was taken to infuse the space with a sense of history and place. Our experience in historic reconstruction and renovation, as well as extensive knowledge of Hudson Valley architectural forms and details contributed to the success of the project.
